What is the concept of the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle? (05:24)

– Understand the concept that wherever I am. I want to be there have mindfulness.

– There is nothing more important than now is to be mindful and in harnessing now. If we go forward into the future, that creates anxiety and fear. Because in the future, it’s unknown

– What we have when we go back in the past is what, what we have is resentment, guilt, shame things.

How to harness the future to take care of business right now? (09:23)

– Human beings are funny. We turn things around, and we focused on the one thing we didn’t do.

– Do small steps right now to mitigate the feeling, research, something I need to do. Take action on something.

– The advice to make right of wrong at the moment right now to fix everything I can. Is it stress is attention, resentment. What does it categorize overthinking and blame judgment of your own self.

How to stop worrying about what people think outside.(11:11)

– People can say anything, that’s your choice. It’s how you take it and how you spin it, then how you make it, you label it and recognize yourself as that label.

– We are driving the narrative out there cause they pay attention to us. It’s a business at the end of the day.

– Breath work is key to connecting your body to the present moment. You can’t focus on your breath and wander off anywhere. But now, so this is why under stress we breathe fast.

 – Being where you are feeling the sensation, journaling, do something, anything, get up, take a walk, move. Those are three great strategies to get going to be in the present moment because there’s nothing like now.
