Since the WHO declared Coronavirus a global pandemic, many of us are facing unknowns and experiencing changes in everyday life from personal to professional level. An outbreak like this triggers a response from us that not only creates stress and demands energy but can also lead to emotional and physical problems.

However, when I step back and put it all into perspective, I realize that we’re a resilient species. Respect the current danger and take necessary precautions, but also put it in perspective. We’ll get through it!
  • FILTER QUALITY VS QUANTITY! nless you’re going to use the information to make an impact, watching 18 hours of negative content is overkill! I
  • USE LOGICAL THINKING! Have grace while under fire! Be calm in the midst of perceived chaos!
  • FEAR VS RESPECT! In today’s stress and fear filled environment, we need to respect the clear and present potential of this fight against the spread of the virus, but we can’t live in fear!
  • INCREASE SELF-CARE! Double down supplements, get extra sleep, add extra exercise routines!
