Optimize Your intake
We’re 3-weeks into 2020 and my goal is to keep nudging you to make this the year you commit to elevate your mind, your body and your soul. This week, let’s talk about elevating the body by optimizing your intake.
Key Notes:
- Ask yourself , “Am I eating because I’m hungry or because I’m conditioned?” Or, “am I eating from tradition or is this food right for me?” Food for thought!
- There is no “perfect, one size fits all” diet. Be sure to to make certain that all your numerous biochemistry are in alignment.
- Fasting is a great way to reboot and defrag the hard drive and upgrade the software. Every working system needs a break and a reset every so often.
