About Me

DESIGN YOUR PERSONAL GREATNESS JOURNEY

Not long ago I completed a survey that was supposed to guide me in finding my why. At first I thought, great this is going to be one of these horoscope type replies that generically tells you some vague answer about yourself. You know, one of those replies that can apply to anyone and that is more of a gas you up motivational summary. However, this ended up being much more than that and it really had an impact on me. Additionally, this exercise not only told you about your why, it also told you about your how and your what. Super powerful!

Here’s what it said for me:

Your WHY is that you believe in thinking differently and living your life outside the box. You believe in the courage to be different. You don’t follow the rules. You like to create and innovate. You are a game-changer. You love to be different and think differently, and you actually want to change the world.

Your HOW is Make Sense. What that means is that you are really good at solving problems and making sense of complex and challenging situations. You are able to take lots of data and information and make it understandable and useful. You consider factors, problems, and concepts and you’re then able to organize into workable solutions. You are great at summarizing the solution.

Your WHAT is Contribute. What that means is that ultimately WHAT you bring is a way to contribute and add value to others. You provide a solution that makes a difference and has an impact in the lives of others. It is not so much that you have to be the face of the cause but you want to contribute to it in a meaningful way. You want your solution to cause the ripple effect that enhances everyone because it moves us forward in a positive way.

How does this help you?

Well, not only does a challenge move and motivate me, it’s also how I coach and help you. I challenge my clients to think about how they’re living their lives and could they live it another way that brings them alive!? That challenge also applies to your business life as well. All entrepreneurs realize that change is a constant state in the business world. What that means is that if you’re always standing still and unable to take some calculated risks, you will soon be irrelevant. Just think of the BlockBuster rental movie franchise. If you can’t remember them, then you know what I mean. They were one of the biggest players in the movie rental space, but they refused to see the incoming explosion of the internet and the convenience it would offer people to stay home and watch the latest movies. In comes Netflix, who even offered them the opportunity, but somehow a group of executives said no!! That’s the inability to see the future and challenge themselves to adapt and change.

This also applies to life; relationships, health, spiritual, mental and emotional. If you’re not being challenged to grow, then you may become a victim of change. That is how I serve my clients as well as myself. I always want to be the master of the change in my life, and not the victim of it. That’s also what I want for you. I’ll leave you with this awesome quote a friend shared with me: “You can’t see the frame of the picture you’re in!”

That’s my job, to be on the outside of your frame to help you create a work of art in life and business!

Let’s hop on a 30-minute complementary compatibility call to see if we fit for the journey.

** “If you need to know the background and education that makes me qualified to be your Sherpa or guide, then go here.”
