So, I’ve been working with bodybuilding industry for over 20+ years. A recent client asked me how to gain 5 lbs of muscle. In this video, I explained how to gain muscle in an efficient and effective way.
If you want to gain 5lbs of muscles, aim for at least 5-10lbs higher your muscle goal. Why? It is easier to build and gain muscle mass first, before toning and sculpting it down to your desired muscle goals. On other words, go above your bodybuilding goal, then go down to your desired muscle look. Cool?!
