When living out our daily lives, it’s often easy to look around and blame the world for our problems. We complain about our work, relationship, family, and many others. But how different would your life be if you cut complaining out of it altogether? In this Monday Mindset video, allow me to discuss why you should shut up and just get it done.

When you are busy complaining, you are not preparing for success. One of the most compelling reasons for choosing to not complain is that complaining does nothing to fix your problems. Regardless of what you are facing, choosing to be negative or complain isn’t going to help your situation. Instead, shift your focus to more positive thoughts and actions that can help you solve your problems.

If you look back at your own life, you’ll begin to realize that everything you have ever done up to the present moment was all a result of the decisions you’ve made. Now, I challenge you to turn the mirror on yourself, to get your journal, and to ask yourself the following question listed on this worksheet.
