Control Your Mind
We all aspire greatness in our work, business, or relationship. Yet most of us simply aren’t creating the results we desire. But what we need to understand is we have the power to control our mind to make this happen. It is simply up to us to pull it out of ourselves. In this Monday Mindset video, allow me to discuss why and how to control your mind. Because when your brain is working at peak performance, it allows you to be your best because it controls the rest.
If an average person thinks around 70,000 thoughts a day, and most of it is unproductive and self-abusive, it is just a general waste of energy.
You can let your mind run wild, but why would you? Take your power back. It’s time to take control of your mind. Become the Master Of Your Mind!

Now, the first thing you do is to identify your biggest goals. Is it being a CEO of a company, joining NBA, or having abundance of money? It doesn’t matter what it is, the important thing is you have a clear vision of what it is so your brain can figure out how to get it.
Once you identified your goals, I want you to list every night before going to sleep the top 3 things you want to accomplish the next day. It can be sending those pending emails, calling possible customers, etc., list any 3 things and make it sure it is done by the end of the day.
Now when you wake up, I want you to do 3 things:
1- First, avoid any distraction. Don’t check your phone and computer.
2- Visualization- I want you to visualize yourself getting your goals before going out of bed
3- Be grateful- I want you to be grateful and thankful for all the big and little things. Make done good list.
